Cornerstone Search Group’s HEOR/Market Access Practice is pleased to be retained once again by a leading Boston-area pharmaceutical company renowned for operating at the forefront of scientific innovation, successfully launching multiple breakthrough medicines, and having top-notch talent. They are seeking a technically strong HEOR professional with very good communication skills for a newly created and critical Global HEOR position that will focus on a high-profile, first-in-class potential, clinical-stage biologic asset projected to be a multi-blockbuster with multiple and diverse immunology-related rare disease indications.

Location

LOCATION:  Boston Metro Area – 3 days per week on-site is required

RELOCATION:  Full relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop HEOR strategy for multiple immunology / auto-immune indications ranging from early development through product lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to align strategic plans.
  • Gather and synthesize insights from Payers and KOLs.
  • Plan, design, and execute HEOR evidence generation including observational studies (prospective and retroactive), CEA and BIM, ITCs, meta-analyses and systematic reviews, and COA/PRO.
  • Supports the integration of HEOR evidence in HTA submissions.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally on publication strategy and HEOR evidence dissemination.
  • Partner closely with your global pricing and global market access colleagues to support production of global value dossier.

Qualifications / Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES / BEHAVIORS:

  • MA/MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MD
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can connect clinical-stage evidence generation activities to business and clinical priorities. A hands-on project leader with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • A track record of formulating and leading creative and scientifically rigorous research projects.
  • Technical strengths in data analytics, database research, RWE, and outcomes research.
  • Experience preparing publications and presenting scientific findings.
  • Our client does not require therapeutic areas of experience.
  • High EQ (emotional intelligence) coupled with persuasive communication, presentation, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.
