VP / Head, Global Market Access, Pricing & HEOR | Global Pharma | Large Team | Remote or HQ based | RETAINED SEARCH

Cornerstone Search Group’s Market Access / HEOR / RWE Practice has been retained by a high-profile and exciting growing global pharma to identify an experienced Market Access or HEOR leader to serve as their VP, Head of Global Market Access, Pricing & HEOR. This is a highly visible, strategic, and impactful team leadership position that will oversee a growing department with US and global responsibilities.

Our client is looking for an individual who has previously managed a team as either a TA Head, Regional Head, or Department Head in either Global/Strategic Market Access or in HEOR and someone who ideally has Oncology experience (as it is an important TA for this company).

Location

This position can be either remotely or headquarters based. A relo package is available for candidates interested in relocating to HQ (located in a highly attractive area).

Responsibilities

ROLE SCOPE SUMMARY*:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Global Market Access, Pricing, and HEOR functions
  • Lead the development of strategies from early pipeline through LCM
  • Represent company with key HTA bodies, population health decision makers, and TA thought leaders
  • Inform and develop clinical and commercial strategies
  • Serve as key advisor on pivotal decisions of pipeline strategy
  • Serve as key strategic partner to executive leadership (based in US and globally) from clinical development, medical affairs, sales and marketing, legal and compliance, etc.
  • Drive the development of processes and SOPs to ensure the highest level of planning, execution, and consistency for TPPs, GVDs, HTA submissions, HEOR research, etc.

COMPENSATION: Our client offers highly attractive compensation and benefits and can offer a sign-on bonus to offset unvested stock and forfeited annual bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT:

  • Open to someone whose background is either in Global/Strategic Market Access or HEOR
  • Prior Oncology experience is preferred as it is an important TA for this company
  • Prior experience as a TA Head, Regional Head, or Department Head managing a Global/Strategic Market Access or HEOR team
  • Past experience in a mid-size to large pharma is preferred
  • A flexible and inspirational leader who has experience creating or maintaining team cultures encompassing trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Global experience is a plus but will consider an individual with primarily US experience if they’ve had strong experience providing input into early pipeline strategy
