Vice President, US Operations | Pioneering Precision Oncology Company – Bay Area

Summary:  Cornerstone Search Group is partnering with a pioneering precision oncology company to help them identify and hire a Vice President, of US Operations.  In this role, you will be the driving force behind their US business, overseeing critical areas including commercial strategy, market access, compliance, finance, and IT.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: 10+ years of senior experience in healthcare technology with a track record of inspiring and managing a diverse team
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Adaptable professional, skilled at navigating rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscapes
  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA regulations
  • Market Access Experience: Skilled in insurer/payor enrollment and negotiating commercial healthcare plans
  • Tech Savy: Proficient in IT systems oversight, proven track record of safeguarding sensitive health information
  • Effective Communicator
