Description
Cornerstone has been retained by a publicly traded, extremely well-funded Biotech located in the Boston/Cambridge area. They have a very attractive first-in-class pipeline/technology and have had great success in their early clinical studies across multiple indications.
Our client is looking for a dynamic operational executive that thrives in a smaller company environment, ready to explode with growth – someone that has strong emotional intelligence and executive presence that also likes to be collaborative, drive strategy, and get your hands dirty.
You will have responsibility for operational leadership across the pipeline to include critical decision-making across the asset/product life-cycle. Collaborate closely with the executive team and sit on critical committees that drive strategy and development.

Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15+ years of operational leadership experience within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry ideally with tenure in both larger pharma and smaller/growing biotech.
- Extensive senior leadership experience in Clinical Operations is required.
- Experience within Immunology/Inflammatory diseases is highly desired.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced/dynamic culture.
