They are seeking to hire an NGS Specialist within its R&D group who has strong skill sets in hands-on next generation sequencing, library preparation, new assay development/design, and clinical lab/benchwork experience (R&D mindset). This position is based in the Philadelphia/Huntington Valley, PA area.
The NGS Specialist will play a key role in wet-lab bench work, designing, executing, and validating molecular/genomic tests within a design control framework and contribute to the development of cutting-edge molecular assays. This role will focus on characterizing intra- and inter-patient heterogeneity in circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in various cancers, utilizing single-cell barcoding and other advanced techniques. This team is dedicated to generating multi-omics maps of rare single cells and characterizing ctDNA/ctRNA profiles from plasma to understand the natural history of cancer progression.
