SUMMARY:
Our Client, an attractive, growing Biotech actively developing next-generation oncology targeted therapies is seeking an experienced MD/Physician Consultant to be the medical lead for an early clinical, best-in-class oncology asset for solid tumors. This experienced Physician will provide his/her medical/scientific expertise and help with patient enrollment, medical monitoring, etc.
This MD will work with and report to the Chief Medical Officer and provide his/her clinical knowledge to maximize the patient value for this highly promising therapeutic asset for complicated/tough-to-treat cancers.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical degree is required; Oncologist/Hematologist is preferred.
- Experience in oncology drug development and regulatory sciences with early clinical programs through regulatory interactions, including FIH studies and IND.
- Experience with small molecule targeted therapies.
- Medical monitoring, clinical trials, patient enrollment experience, etc.
- Experience working with other functions including preclinical and late-stage clinical development and external collaborators.
- Strong communication and writing skills, patient and goal-driven, detailed, organized, and collaborative.
