Cornerstone Search Group’s HEOR/Market Access Practice is pleased to have been retained by a leading Boston-area pharmaceutical company renowned for operating at the forefront of scientific innovation, successfully launching multiple breakthrough medicines, and having top-notch talent. They are seeking a high EQ HEOR professional for a newly created critical Global HEOR position will focus on the US and international launches of a high-profile, “game-changing”, first-in-class asset projected to be a multi-blockbuster, particularly on Prospective Studies, to support the value of this and other assets for reimbursement and healthcare payers across all product lifecycle stages.
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary and annual bonus with an aggressive LTI program, generous PTO, and excellent benefits.
Location
LOCATION: Boston Metro Area (on-site or hybrid). Three days/week on-site is required.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the US/Global HEOR strategy for prospective non-interventional research, which is aligned with the pain program strategy.
- Represent HEOR perspectives in cross-functional forums and with external partners, aligning research with program and business objectives.
- Lead with vendor support, the development of protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms (ICFs), case report forms (CRFs), statistical analysis plans, and technical reports.
- Lead Study Execution Teams (SETs), ensuring efficient, high-quality study execution.
- Oversee data analysis, interpretation, scientific rigor, and communication of results, ensuring contextually relevant.
- Lead the development of presentations, manuscripts, and other dissemination activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, such as Medical Affairs, to ensure alignment in study design, execution, and dissemination.
- Represent the company externally with investigators, collaborators, and scientific experts in protocol development and study conduct.
Qualifications / Requirements
DESIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES / BEHAVIORS:
- MA/MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MD
- 5+ years of relevant experience in health economics, outcomes research, clinical research, or observational studies in academia, industry, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading the design, execution, and analysis of prospective and non-interventional studies, including site feasibility, case report form development, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, biostatistics, clinical research methods, and study design.
- Experience preparing publications and presenting scientific findings.
- Strategic thinker who can connect evidence generation to business and clinical priorities.
- Hands-on project leader with strong execution skills and attention to detail.

- High emotional intelligence ( EQ ) coupled with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.
