Features

  • Build from scratch: Our client is looking for a CEO that has a vision, strategy and plan in mind to grow the CRO from the ground floor. You will create the blueprint and have ownership across the growth of the business.
  • Best of both worlds environment: As the CEO and first employee, this is truly a ground-floor opportunity. You will have creative freedom, flexibility and will operate in a nimble setting.  Our client is a multi-billion-dollar organization, so they are also very stable and have the resources needed to build this CRO.  You won’t have to waste your time fundraising; they want you to grow the company from day one.
  • Report to an empowering Chairman: The hiring manager and Chairman is someone that empowers his people. They are looking for someone engaged and passionate about building this business.
  • This isn’t a “BD” role: Our client is not looking for someone to immediately bring in external business.  This role will initially be internally facing as they have many clinical trials in development.  In other words, they aren’t looking for a rainmaker; they want someone that knows how to build a successful CRO.
  • Flexible Location: While our client has an east coast location, they are open to growing the business within another region or remotely.
