Excellent Medical Strategy and Direct Management position (i.e. directly manage a team of Hem/Onc M.D.s) with one of the most successful and leading global immuno-oncology companies in the world. In this highly-visible leadership role you will direct, advise, counsel and mentor your team of M.D.s that serve as the Clinical Leaders on multiple early clinical development stage IO programs (e.g. direct/advise/counsel regarding TPPs, CDPs, protocol designs, labeling, RWD/RWE and much more).

This is a very attractive and rewarding opportunity for a Hem/Onc M.D. seeking a direct people management role (hire/develop/train/mentor professionals), and a role where you are the medical strategy advisor vs. Clinical Leader for any one or more development programs/studies. This is also a very visible position with a company that offers multiple paths for advancement and promotions within the company.

  • Education: MD | Hematologist and/or Oncologist
  • Oncology Clinical Development: Proven track record of developing and designing the medical strategies for developing oncology assets in early and/or later-stages of development
  • Management: Proven track record of directly or indirectly managing professionals
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills (oral, writing and presentation skills)
