The Sr./Associate will work hand-in-hand with search teams, led by the Chief Operating Officer. The training and development foundation will be built upon Cornerstone’s 22-year history of successfully developing executive recruitment leaders within the organization and includes a personalized training plan adapted to best suit the Sr./Associate’s skill level and desired goals.
Once the foundation is built upon Cornerstone’s search and recruitment principles, the Associate will have the opportunity to take further and further ownership of the search process.

Must be located within a one-hour commute of Chatham, NJ. The expectation would be at least two days per week in the office.
