Associate Director/Scientific Director, Medical Affairs, Hematology – Global Top Oncology Biopharma – Great Advancement Opportunity – Boston Area

SUMMARY:

A very attractive Medical Affairs opportunity where you will be the US Medical Affairs Lead for a very important Hematology product to treat a serious type of blood cancer. You will have broad responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, planning and overseeing multiple new clinical studies utilizing the product in combination with other products and at various stages of treatment to provide cancer patients with more effective treatments and better quality of life: reviewing, analyzing, interpreting and presenting new clinical and scientific data to Sr. Leadership: working closely with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Ops, Market Access, Health Economics, Regulatory, Commercial, and other important cross-functional team members as a Subject Matter Expert within Medical Affairs: and much more (e.g., providing insight/support for MSL & Sales training, working with KOLs and Advisory Boards, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • PhD, PharmD or MD degree
  • 4+ years of pharma/biotech medical affairs experience
  • Hematology and/or Oncology product experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
